Learn to Sail Dinghy Holidays
Ditch the horrible unflattering wet suit and need for a warming cup of tea every hour and get out to the Mediterranean where the water is warm, the winds are more predictable and where you can still do Royal Yachting Association (RYA) courses at nearly all of the resorts we work with.
There are a number of centres that we recommend for learning to sail at. They offer RYA courses and are in areas where the wind is lighter. Lighter winds are much easier for beginners.
For the experienced sailors there is nothing like turning up at a resort for a week or two to find that the kit is very basic, designed for teaching and the winds are light. Because our office is staffed by actual sailors and we work for you our advice is based on experience while being completely impartial.
Below are a few of the more popular destinations for experienced sailors where the winds are likely to be great for dinghy sailing and windsurfing for at least 50% of the day:
Just remember mother nature can work against us and even though these destinations are generally great for winds we can never guarantee they conditions will stick to plan!
Solo Beach Club Holidays & Adults Only
One of the great things about beach club holidays are the flexibility to travel by yourself. Beach Club holidays are very sociable and within minutes of arriving we’re confident you will make lots of new friends.
A large number of the resorts offer solo rooms and no solo supplement weeks, so there is often not a charge applicable, contact us for further details.
